...And then you have a morning like this

I admit that I'm one of those idiots who don't take weather warnings seriously, or at least with a grain of salt. Then stuff like this morning happens, and you suddenly start realizing how idiotic you are.

Monica and I were standing at the front door when a massive series of wind gusts went through. That was probably at the time this thing passed. Thankfully she has more sense than I and WAITED FOR IT TO BLOW OVER BEFORE LEAVING FOR SCHOOL! I would've probably gone ahead on.

The line has crossed I-65, where the worst of it is gone. The tornadic part of the storm is speeding into Nolensville, Antioch now.

LaVergne is literally about 4 miles south on Murfressboro Road.

I thank the Lord that we were spared. I promise to be more attentive.
